• Support Staff: CNM team, full nursing staff, in-house ANES, pediatrics for circs, MFM, neonatology, respiratory therapists, back up always available to OB/GYN 
• Volume:10,000 deliveries annually 
• Responsibilities: L&D only 
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed (60 days) 
• Duration: On-going
• Rate: 225-250/hour 
• Malpractice with tail, and full travel and lodging provided
