Perm - Physician - Otolaryngology

Job Title: Physician – Otolaryngology Location: Findlay, OH Type: Permanent, Full-time

Position Highlights:

• 3 clinic days + 2 OR days per week
• 20–30 patients per day in clinic
• Multiple surgical locations, advanced robotics available
• Backup call only (APPs cover primary call)
• Collaborative team with audiology and specialty support

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Otolaryngology – required
• Ohio medical license (or willing to obtain) – required
• DEA (must be secured before start) – required
• Clean malpractice and license history – required
• Not open to visa candidates

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary $515K–$800K+ annually, plus wRVU productivity bonus
