About the Opportunity:
Join St. Clair Medical Group's Riccelli practice in Mt. Lebanon, focusing on adult and geriatric care due to the area's demographic. Pediatric cases are minimal, allowing for a diverse range of primary care cases, from ADHD to hormone therapy. With a low rate of patient no-shows, you'll have more opportunities to engage with complex cases. Enjoy a supportive environment with additional ancillary services available at St. Clair Hospital. Practice Setting:

Employed under St. Clair Medical Group within the Riccelli practice
- Traditional clinic ambiance with 10 exam rooms and 1 procedure room
- Providers have dedicated 2-3 screening rooms
- 4 full-time providers including 3 Internal Medicine specialists and 1 Family Medicine physician, each supported by dedicated medical assistants
- Ancillary services are available at St. Clair Hospital, including Blood Lab, X-ray, EKG, CT, MRI, and more
- Discussing a pilot program for a full-time MA/Scribe trainer
Schedule:

Clinical workweek of either 4 days (10-hour shifts) or 5 days (8-hour shifts), ensuring a total of 40 hours
- Providers can choose to do charting from home

Call rotation is split and currently stands at a 1:4-week hospital call, with variable clinic calls.
- Weekday calls: 1-2 calls per night (5:00 pm - 8:00 am)
- Weekend calls: 6-7 calls per day (from 5:00 pm on Friday to 8:00 am on Monday)
Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary of $220,000 guaranteed for the first 24 months on a 3-year agreement, with an earning potential of $277,000
- wRVU incentive with no downside for the first 2 years; most providers bonus at $41.62/wRVU
- Sign-on bonus of $25,000, with flexibility up to $40,000 based on the overall offer. Half is given upon signing, and half on Day 1
- Relocation assistance of up to $10,000, annual $3,000 CME allowance, and up to $30,000 in quality incentives
- Full comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, LTD, and occurrence-based malpractice insurance (lifetime coverage; no tail needed)
