We are seeking a BC/BE Medical Oncologist to join our growing and collaborative oncology team. This position offers a high degree of flexibility in subspecialty focus, allowing you to shape and build your practice based on your clinical interest and expertise while supporting community needs.

The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, SC, a physician-owned and governed, multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement.

The Opportunity:

  • Join an established and growing cancer team: 3 medical oncologists, 2 radiation oncologists, 2 medical oncology APNPs.
  • Excellent quality of life practice offering light call volume and a 4-day work week.
  • Established, free-standing, comprehensive cancer center that is currently undergoing a $15 million expansion project opening in Spring 2027.
  • Quality oncology program accredited by Commission on Cancer (CoC) and QOPI.
  • Limited Inpatient service requirement.
  • Two dedicated medical oncology APNPs who support the service.
  • Start with a guaranteed salary with immediate eligibility for a production-based bonus and additional incentive compensation for quality, service, and leadership.

Compensation Details:

The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic offers competitive compensation along with comprehensive benefits to include:

  • $646,000 guaranteed salary to start with eligibility for a production-based salary opportunity to earn $909,402.
  • Shareholder opportunity within 12 months of employment
  • Additional incentive compensation for quality, service and leadership goal
