This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician forlocum tenens support as they look to fill acurrent need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: One set day per week, Monday or Wednesday and ongoing. One additional pick up day per week, Thursday or Friday as needed with a weeks notice.
• Patients per day: Varies
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Scope: Standard Primary Care
• State Licensure: Oklahoma
• Responsibility for Mid-Levels: No
• Credentialing Timeframe: None
