Banner Health, a nationally recognized health system, is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice in Brush/Fort Morgan, Colorado. The clinic is affiliated with East Morgan County Hospital, a Chartis Top 100 Critical Access Hospital and ANCC Pathway to Excellence® facility.

Located in the South Platte River Valley, Brush (pop. 5,300) offers small-town charm and a welcoming community of over 30,000 in Morgan County—just 90 minutes northeast of Denver. We seek candidates who:

• Are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Prefer to see all ages

Banner Health's Total Compensation Package Includes:

• $290K base salary
• $100K loan repayment (plus potential state programs)
• $60K sign-on bonus + retention eligibility
• Resident stipend: $1,500/month during final training year for early signers
• Paid CME, fully paid malpractice, and robust benefits package
• HPSA score of 10 → qualifies for federal loan forgiveness
