    • Perm - Family Medicine Physician | Saratoga, NY | Up to $260K Base + $100K Bonus

    A thriving, patient-focused outpatient practice in Saratoga Springs, New York is actively seeking a Board Certified (or Eligible) Family Medicine Physician to join their collaborative, well-established team.     Position Highlights:

    • Flexible schedule: Choose a 4- or 5-day workweek (40 hours/week including 34 patient-facing hours)
    • Outpatient only – No in-office weekend hours
    • Telemedicine call rotation ~once every 70 days + 2–3 hours telemed weekend coverage every 3 months
    • Patient Volume: Average of 18–24 per day
    • EMR: EPIC
    • Collaborative team with APPs and teaching opportunities for med and NP/PA students
    • Optional roles in hospital medicine or leadership
    • No Visa sponsorship, 1099, or long-distance commuting supported

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base salary: $250,000–$260,000
    • Up to $100,000 in bonuses:
    • $75,000 sign-on bonus (paid in first paycheck)
    • $25,000 retention bonus at start of year 2

    Requirements:

    • Board Certification (or truly Board Eligible within 5 years)
    • Active NY license (or willing to obtain)
    • DEA & ACLS (must be in hand by start date)
    • Clean malpractice and licensing history
    • Strong interest in full-spectrum primary care
    • Full-time availability with 4- or 5-day schedule

    Note: Local candidates within 30 miles of the site are not eligible.

    Compensation Details

    $250-260k
