Option 1 – 100% Outpatient Pulmonology

• No call, no weekends
• Predictable schedule with excellent work-life balance
• Optional sleep medicine component
• Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support available

Option 2 – 50/50 Pulmonary & Critical Care

• Flexible block scheduling: 1 week ICU (7 on, 7 off) alternating with 2 weeks of pulmonary clinic
• Mix of inpatient critical care and outpatient pulmonology for a well-rounded practice

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary + lucrative production model:

  • 90th percentile: up to $781K
  • 75th percentile: ~$614K
  • 70th percentile: ~$530K
• $75K sign-on bonus + $10K relocation allowance
• Financial support agreement
• APP supervision and excess call compensation
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
