Conveniently located along the southern shore of Lake Winnebago, Fond du Lac offers the perfect combination of small-town charm with easy access to outdoor recreation.
Facility Details:
St. Agnes Hospital care delivery model consists of 11 Anesthesiologists and 11 CRNAs and CAAs. The team provides passionate care to our patients at both St. Agnes Hospital and Fond du Lac Surgery Center (outpatient). St. Agnes Hospital has 7 operating rooms, 1 cardiovascular operating room, and a hybrid cath lab, while the Fond du Lac Surgery Center has 4 operating rooms. Fond du Lac Surgery Center is conveniently located approximately two miles from St. Agnes Hospital, and offers services including plastic and cosmetic surgery, ophthalmology, orthopedics, and podiatry.
