    • Start Date: July 15
    • Part time need
    • Schedule: 8AM-5PM with night call starting at 6PM nightly until 7AM.  Weekend call starts at 6PM on Friday and ends at 7AM on Monday.
    • Willing to license if IMLC eligible
    • Support staff: 1 other IR Doc, No APP at this point
    • Cases per day:  Average 22 cases per day (Monday-Friday), 0-2 calls per weekend
    • Hospital Size: 583 beds
    • Board Certification: BC Radiology with Interventional Radiology Certification
    • Credentialing Timeframe: Can possible do temps if provider has clean file
