Schedule

• Tuesday and Thursday 12pm to 5pm
• Pick up 1 to 3 days weekly
• Compact shifts with no meal break required

Cases and Procedures

• Preventive, acute, and episodic care
• 12 to 15 patients per day
• No procedures required

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
• Active Kentucky license
