Practice Setting

Schedule

  • Scheduled hours are 8a to 5p.
  • No call.

Cases and Procedures

  • Common outpatient interventional pain procedures including epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and fluoroscopy guided procedures.
  • Sacroiliac joint injections, peripheral nerve blocks, and spinal cord stimulator trials.
  • Kyphoplasty and other advanced procedures when appropriately trained.

Requirements

  • Must be an MD or DO.
  • Arizona medical license required
  • Board certified or board eligible within 5 years
  • ACLS, BLS, and DEA.
