    Schedule: Flexible 24-hour shift model with no on-call and no outpatient/office duties.

    • Full-time: 5 or more 24-hour shifts/month
    • Part-time: 2–4 24-hour shifts/month
    • PRN: Back-up (no shift commitment)

    Overview OB Hospitalist Group is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physicians to join our hospitalist team at Baptist Hospital of Pensacola. This is an inpatient-obstetrics–focused role with predictable scheduling, strong collegial support, and a clinician-first culture.

    Baptist Hospital is a 492-bed tertiary care hospital in Pensacola, Florida, which is the largest in the Baptist Health Care network. They provide a full range of medical, surgical, and obstetrical services and are equipped with a level II NICU, MFM support and on-call anesthesia. Baptist Hospital sees around 600 annual deliveries and OBHG clinicians can expect to manage around 29 per month.
