Hematology/Oncology Full-Time Locum

Join a brand-new Hematology & Oncology practice opening in September 2026 and help build a growing community cancer program. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a consistent full-time schedule, manageable patient volumes, and the chance to make an immediate impact.

Position Highlights

• Start Date: October 12, 2026
• Assignment Length: Through March 8, 2027
• Full-time coverage required (4-day workweek may be considered)
• Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Weeknight & Weekend Call: 1:2 rotation
• Epic EMR

Practice Details

• Brand-new Medical Oncology & Hematology practice opening September 2026
• Community-based practice treating both hematology and oncology patients
• Clinic conveniently located inside a 131-bed hospital
• Adult patient population (18+)
• Approximately 10 patients per day initially, with expected growth
• Mix of approximately 60% Oncology / 40% Hematology
• Inpatient consults as needed

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required for presentation
• Active DEA required
• Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days
