Surgical Oncology Locums in Idaho - 4-Day Work Week
A long-term Surgical Oncology locums assignment is now available in Idaho. This interim coverage opportunity provides a predictable schedule and a consistent caseload in a collegial setting, beginning this fall.

Practice Setting
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
- Anticipate seeing approximately 15 patients per day.
- You will be supported by a dedicated team of RNs and MAs.
Schedule
- Clinic days are scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays.
- Procedure days are on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Call is for a 10-day rotation and shared 1:4.
Procedures and Cases
- Provide coverage for an adult patient population.
- Focus on elective oncology surgeries.
- General surgery cases include appendectomy, cholecystectomy, and hernioplasty.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Eligible in Surgical Oncology or General Surgery.
- Must hold an active ATLS certification.
- A minimum of 12 months of recent experience is required.
Credentialing Requirements
- Credentialing takes approximately 60-90 days to complete.
- This opportunity is open to IMLC physicians.
- Our team provides full credentialing support for this assignment.
