AO Multi Specialty Clinic is a physician-owned, physician-led oncology practice serving Georgia and South Carolina. We've intentionally redesigned oncology practice to reduce administrative burden while protecting physician autonomy, flexibility, and long-term career satisfaction.

Whether you're building your career, raising young children, caring for aging parents, pursuing research, or simply looking for a more sustainable way to practice oncology, we can build a schedule around your goals—not the other way around.

Compensation

• Full-time employed physicians: $550,000–$750,000+ (base salary plus productivity incentives)
• Part-time physicians: Compensation proportional to days worked
• Partnership opportunity after 3 years
• No buy-in. No buy-out.
• Significant increase in compensation after partnership through profit-sharing distributions

Practice Models

Choose the schedule that fits your life:

• Full-time partnership track
• Part-time (2–4 clinic days per week)
• Block scheduling (every other week or 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off)
• No pressure to increase your FTE

A Typical Clinic Day

• Primarily outpatient
• Clinic hours: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
• Typically 20–23 patients per day
• Approximately 2 new consults per day
• Established visits: 15 minutes
• New patient visits: 30 minutes

Call

• Shared proportionally to physician FTE
• Generally light call burden
• Many call weekends require no hospital visits

Most physicians save 1.5–2 hours every day, allowing them to spend more time with patients and family instead of finishing charts after clinic.
