AO Multi Specialty Clinic is a physician-owned, physician-led oncology practice serving Georgia and South Carolina. We are expanding due to continued regional growth and are seeking both FULL-TIME partner-track oncologists and physicians seeking PART-TIME practice models.

 

Technology Designed to Reduce Burnout We use LumaMDX.com, an oncology workflow intelligence platform designed to reduce administrative burden and improve efficiency. Features include: • AI-generated longitudinal patient summaries • Ambient AI documentation integrated with prior note. • AI-enabled clinical workflows • Improved physician cross-coverage • Physicians save 1.5–2 hours per day in charting

• Fewer physician interruptions due to Ask Luma which writes letters and answers staff questions.

 

Flexible Practice Models • Full-time partnership track. $0 buy-in at 3 years. • Part-time options (2–4 clinic days/week) • Block scheduling options (every other week or 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off) • No pressure to increase FTE

 

Typical Clinic Structure • Primarily outpatient practice • Clinic hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM • Up to 23 patients per day, unless you want more • Average 2 new consults/day for established providers • Established visits: 15 minutes • New patient visits: 30 minutes

 

Call Structure • Shared proportionally to physician FTE • Generally light call burden • Many weekends require no hospital visits • Inpatient consult responsibilities negotiable

 

Partnership Track • Eligible for partnership after 3 years • No buy-in or buy-out • Competitive base salary + productivity incentives • Significant increase in compensation after partnership through profit-sharing distributions

• Medical, Radiation, Gynecologic Oncologists, Urologists, Rheumatologists, APPs, Oncology Pharmacist, and 250+ team members across 5 locations.

 

Augusta, Georgia offers a low cost of living, excellent schools, minimal traffic, and easy access to Atlanta, the mountains, and the Atlantic coast.
