FL Locums Near the Beach – Out-of-State Only

We’re actively hiring 2–3 Nighthawk providers and 4+ FT or 8 PT providers for a multi-site system in Florida.

Must live out of state and provide a valid non-Florida driver’s license.

• Start ASAP – Temps in 2–3 weeks for clean files
• Multiple Sites
• Schedule Options: • Nighthawk: 7p–7a, 7 days straight • FT or PT shifts available
• FL License Preferred – But we will sponsor!

Key Requirements

• Valid non-FL driver’s license required
• No prior Envision work (last 12 months or within 75 mi)
• No new grads – 2+ years of experience required
• Board Certified (or BE w/ explanation, ≤5 yrs out)
• BLS / ACLS / PALS – AHA only

Clinical Overview

• Run own cases + supervise CRNAs
• Case Types: Ortho, GS, Vascular, Neuro, Urology, GI, ENT, Trauma, Plastics
• No Hearts, No OB, No Peds
• Level II Trauma
• 680+ avg monthly cases
• Procedures: Regional Anesthesia (Ultrasound), Trauma
• Team Model: 6 MDs / 14 CRNAs
• Cross-credentialing across all sites
