OBGYN Physician - Near Madison, Wisconsin - Shared-Care Model with CNM Team

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to serve as the clinical anchor for a growing regional health system. Located under 45 minutes from Madison, Wisconsin, this position offers high practice autonomy with excellent work-life balance.

Practice Overview:

• Collaborative Team Model: Work alongside 3 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) who handle routine prenatal care, low-risk deliveries, postpartum care, and surgical first-assisting.
• Focused Physician Scope: Midwives manage low-risk triage and births, allowing you to focus on complex GYN, high-risk OB co-management, surgical consults, and operative care.
• Academic Teaching: Option to precept Family Medicine with OB residents (2–4 residents/year).
• Accessible loan repayment options for physicians

Clinical Details:

• Schedule: 2–3 days clinic, 1 dedicated block/surgery day, plus administrative time.
• Facilities & Call: Modern outpatient clinic with in-office ultrasound and GYN procedure suites. Shared call framework with first-line CNM triage, 24/7 CRNA anesthesia, pediatric support at C-sections, and on-site birth center call suites (30-minute response radius).
• OR & Specialty Care: 4 main ORs equipped for open and laparoscopic procedures. On-site MFM clinics and 24/7 NICU telehealth connectivity with Madison specialists.
• Tech & Support: Integrated Epic EMR, AI Scribe tools, and dedicated RN/LPN support.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $404,688 with additional wRVU production
• $50,000 sign-on & relocation assistance
• Time Off: Up to 288 hours (36 days) per year for vacation, sick time, holidays, and CME.
