Join a collaborative, high-performing team with Pediatrix® Medical Group and make a meaningful impact on neonatal care across a leading health system in beautiful coastal Jacksonville.

⭐ **Position Highlights **

  • Full-time NNP role with a mix of 16–24‑hour shifts for optimal work–life balance
  • Provide care in both Level II NICUs and normal newborn nurseries
  • Attend deliveries (no transport responsibilities)
  • Practice spans four hospitals, two in the St. Vincent’s Health System and two with HCA Hospitals
  • NNPs will be assigned to a specific healthcare system
  • Work with a strong, collegial team of:
    • 6 Neonatologists
    • 1 Pediatrician
    • 16 Advanced Practice Providers
  • Enjoy a role that values autonomy, supported by a combination of in-house and on-call neonatologist coverage

Qualifications

  • Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP
  • Minimum of a master’s degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience
