Perm – Physician – Psychiatry (Inpatient) Location: Georgetown, DE

Position Overview: A full-time Inpatient Psychiatrist is needed to join a growing behavioral health program in historic Georgetown, DE. This role offers a supportive environment, weekday schedule, and no weekends or call responsibilities.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
• Setting: 100% on-site, inpatient only (telehealth not considered)
• No call, no weekends
• Average census: ~18 patients per day
• Facility size: 99 beds
• Current team: 2 Psychiatrists, 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• Disorders treated: Anxiety, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, eating disorders, personality disorders, developmental disorders, psychotic disorders
• EMR: Wellsky

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Psychiatry (within 0–5 years of residency) – Required
• Active DE license or ability to obtain – Required
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
• CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
• BLS (or ability to obtain) – Required
• Must have interest in permanent, on-site role (not accepting Locums)
