** Practice Setting**

• Outpatient only – no hospital responsibilities
• Modern FQHC clinic with excellent infrastructure
• Supportive environment with full staff (1:1 MA, front office, RNs, LVNs)

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 5 days per week (9 clinical half days + 1 administrative half day)
• Daily hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

** Required Dates for Assignment**

• 2025

  • July: 16 (orientation), 21–25
  • August: 16–31
  • September: 1, 15–19
  • October: 20–29
  • November: 17–21
  • December: 8–17

• 2026

  • January: 19–27
  • February: 23–27
  • March: 14–24
  • April: 6–14
  • May: 18–26
  • June: 29–30

** Clinical Responsibilities**

• Minor procedures including suturing, joint injections, and mole removals
• Acute care, such as URI, cough, UTI, and other common conditions
• Routine and preventive care for adults and children

** Requirements**

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Family Medicine
• Current California license
• BLS, DEA, and PALS certifications required
