The Morganton campus is a traditional hospital setting while the Valdese campus is limited to outpatient procedures. A team of 5 Anesthesiologists and 16
CRNA's rotate between the sites.
- Total Anesthesia Volume: 6,750
- Cases Include: Orthopedic/Spine, General Surgery, ENT, OB/Gyn, Urology, Opthalmology, Dental, healthy Pediatrics; limited thoracic, no cardiac surgery or intracranial neurosurgery
- Post-call days off
- CRNA's cover majority of labor analgesia service
- Prescriptive schedule with every 4th week off UNC Health Blue Ridge, Morganton, NC: • 5 OR's, 2 Endoscopy Suites, 1 Cystoscopy Suite and a C-section OR UNC Health Blue Ridge, Valdese, NC: • 4 OR's, 2 Procedure Rooms
