Rheumatology Locums Physician - Pennsylvania, Light Call and Stable Schedule

Long-term Rheumatology assignment in Hanover with low call, team support, and flexible weekday schedule.

Highlights:

• 20 shifts per month, Monday through Friday
• Minimal call, typically 0 to 5 calls per month
• Long-term need starting January 2026
• IMLC with LOQ accepted

Practice Setting:

• Hybrid role with outpatient visits and light inpatient consults
• 12 to 16 outpatients per day
• Team includes 2 on-site PAs
• EPIC EMR and Abridge AI scribe

Schedule:

• Weekdays, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Shared night call every other week, 4:30 pm to 8:00 am
• Optional 24-hour weekend beeper call

Cases and Procedures:

• General Rheumatology: RA, gout, lupus, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis
• Joint injections included
• New patients booked for 40 to 60 minutes
• Return visits in 20-minute slots

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Rheumatology
• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC with LOQ
• BLS required

Travel Accommodations:

• Airfare, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursed
• Malpractice with tail provided
