24 hr Beeper Call | Surgery Locums Opportunity | Arizona

Work Details:

• Shift details: 24 hr beeper call / 4-6 hrs of call back daily

• Dates of coverage needed:

      - May 24(7am)-27(7am)

      - Aug 23(7am)-26(7am)

      - Sept 27(7am)-30(7am)

      - Dec 24(7am)-26(7am)

• Patients per day: 1 – 4

• EMR: Cerner

• Hospital bed size: 87

• Case / Procedure Experience: Upper and lower endos required

• Practice Setting: Hospital (level 4 trauma center)

Requirements:

• Board Certification: BC or BE in General Surgery

• License required: AZ License or IMLC

• DEA: Yes

• Certifications required: BLS and ACLS
