Our valued moonlighters are the foundation of our success, supported by an unwavering commitment to quality and a record of zero malpractice claim payouts.

    Our Staffing Programs and Services:

    Call Relief Program™:
Designed to alleviate burnout by shifting night and weekend call burdens from staff cardiologists to experienced moonlighters. This program improves work-life balance while enhancing client retention and recruitment of top talent.

    Specialty Staffing:
A curated, credentialed panel of high-quality moonlighter specialists that provide coverage for night, weekend, swing, and admission shifts. Unlike traditional locums, who offer short-term, full-time coverage, our moonlighters maintain day jobs and have the bandwidth and desire to deliver long-term, part-time, consistent coverage. Our specialties include Hospital Medicine, Noninvasive and Interventional Cardiology, Pulmonary/Critical Care, Urology, Neurology, Hematology/Oncology, Endocrinology, and more.

    Cardiac Imaging Interpretations:
Skilled readers that integrate into existing workflow to interpret growing volumes of CT and MR images, reducing interpretation backlogs and enabling employed cardiologists to focus on direct patient care while improving patient throughput.

    Telehealth:
Dedicated telehealth providers deliver inpatient and outpatient care, improving patient access, and optimizing staff physician allocation. Additional programs include collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers across all specialties, annual peer reviews, and medical directorship agreements to support partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient psychiatric care programs.
