Practice Overview

• 100% outpatient Primary Care within a growing, patient-centered organization
• Multiple clinic locations, including San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, Lompoc, and Santa Maria
• Optional teaching involvement with a Family Medicine residency program
• Collaborative team environment with strong practice infrastructure
• Phone-only call limited to approximately four weeks per year

### Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary with RVU productivity incentives
• $50,000 sign-on bonus and $50,000 retention bonus
• Up to $144,000 in student loan repayment

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
