Your Role & Impact:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations & provide medication management
• Lead and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners & PAs)
• Participate in treatment team meetings & contribute expertise in psychopathology and psychopharmacology
• Provide on-call emergency support (with additional compensation)
• Develop individualized care plans that are age-appropriate & culturally responsive
• Ensure quality clinical documentation & patient communication
• Engage in community outreach & professional education

What You Need to Succeed:

• M.D. or D.O. from a four-year medical school with a completed three-year Psychiatry residency
• Unlimited license to practice medicine in Tennessee
• Board Certification preferred (Board Eligible required)
• Experience preferred but new grads are welcome!
