Restructured Recruitment and Retention Bonus

Recruitment and Retention Bonus for clinicians newly hired with CDCR/CCHCS has been restructured to provide a 1% bonus for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% year over year, maxing at a 7% bonus by year 7.

Future Salary Increases

In addition to this fiscal year’s increase to salaries, psychiatrists will also receive an additional 2.5% salary increase July 2024.
