Choice of clinic from multiple suburban clinic locations, including Delafield, Oconomowoc, Mukwonago, Brookfield and Waukesha. Practice Highlights:
- Outpatient-only Family Medicine—no hospital rounding, no OB responsibilities.
- Flexible scheduling and manageable patient volumes.
- Phone-only call, shared among providers (typically 1:6 to 1:10).
- Fully staffed, team-based clinics with advanced practice providers and strong nursing support.
- Epic EMR system across the entire health system.

Compensation Details
$300K–$325K
Compensation & Benefits: Two-year guaranteed salary, followed by an RVU productivity-based incentive model. Generous signing bonus and student loan repayment assistance. Paid relocation expenses.
