    • ProHealth Care is seeking dedicated, patient-centered Family Medicine Physicians (No OB) to join our growing team. Choice of clinic from multiple suburban clinic locations, including Delafield, Oconomowoc, Mukwonago, Brookfield and Waukesha.     Practice Highlights:

    • Outpatient-only Family Medicine—no hospital rounding, no OB responsibilities.
    • Flexible scheduling and manageable patient volumes.
    • Phone-only call, shared among providers (typically 1:6 to 1:10).
    • Fully staffed, team-based clinics with advanced practice providers and strong nursing support.
    • Epic EMR system across the entire health system.

    Compensation Details

    $280-300k

    Compensation & Benefits: Two-year guaranteed salary, followed by an RVU productivity-based incentive model. Generous signing bonus and student loan repayment assistance. Paid relocation expenses.
