Neurosurgery Inpatient (Day Shift) Advanced Practice Provider

The Neuroscience Institute at Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a motivated and dynamic Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team. The selected candidate will partner with a multidisciplinary team of neuroscience providers to deliver diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventative evidence-based care under the general supervision of a physician in an inpatient and outpatient setting.

Duties include presenting patient data during rounds, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and managing follow-up and preventive care. Full-time position, primarily 8 AM–5 PM, with weekends and rotating holidays as needed. Offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and malpractice coverage under sovereign immunity.

Candidates must hold a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) certification. Prior experience in critical care or emergency settings as an APP is preferred. BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA or Red Cross) and Florida licensure required by hire.
