Neonatology Nurse Practitioner - 1-2 Weeks Per Month in Arkansas
We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for an ongoing inpatient assignment in Arkansas. This role offers the chance to support a Level III NICU with a manageable patient volume.

Practice Setting
- Inpatient Level III NICU
- 26-bed unit
- Average daily census of 7-10 NICU patients
- Nursery volume typically ranges from 10-15
Schedule
- Ongoing monthly coverage needed
- 24-hour shifts (8a-8a)
- Rotating schedule including weekends still available
- Only 1-2 weeks of coverage required per month
Procedures and Cases
- Daily critical care management
- Delivery room attendance and neonatal resuscitation
- Proficiency in all critical care skills required
- Occasional transport assistance
Requirements
- Active Arkansas license required
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
- Minimum 12 months of experience
- Current PALS and NRP certifications
Credentialing Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible within 5 years
- 120-day credentialing timeframe
- Full credentialing support provided
