Practice Setting
- Adult and geriatric long-term care facility
- Patients with severe mental illness and dementia
- Onsite pharmacy, rehab, dental, and psychiatric support

Schedule
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, weekdays
- Rotating weeknight call from home
- 24-hour weekend pager call shared among four physicians
Cases and Procedures
- Daily medical rounds on assigned units
- Admission H and Ps, discharges, 30- and 60-day assessments
- Lab, EKG, and imaging review
- Treatment team meetings and family conferences
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active North Carolina license
- BLS and DEA
- Geriatrics or long-term care experience preferred
Travel Accommodations
