All's Well Healthcare Services is looking for a Family Practice Physician for a FQHC, Community Health practice in the Chico, CA area. This physician would be responsible for Examining, Diagnosing, Prescribing, and Administering Treatment to patients, Supervising Mid-Levels, Reviewing Labs, X-Rays, and other Diagnostic Tests, Meeting Quality Measures, along with other duties under their scope of practice.

Qualifications:

1. Must hold MD or DO from and accredited medical school
2. Must have completed and approved internship
3. Must hold valid California State Physician & Surgeon License
4. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible

Salary: $253K-$345K
