Western TN Primary Care | Metro or Suburbs | Excellent Schools

A large, well-established primary care network in the Memphis metro is hiring Primary Care Physicians (FM/IM) due to upcoming retirements. New physicians will immediately inherit established patient panels and join busy, well-supported outpatient practices.

Position Details
- Average 18–22 patients/day
- Fully staffed clinics with strong clinical/administrative support
- 22 total clinics within the primary care network

Compensation
- 18-month guaranteed base: $275k-300k (DOE)
- $30k sign-on bonus
- Monthly productivity model with early transition if exceeding base
- Up to $40k annual quality bonus
