This inpatient cardiology role focuses on overnight coverage with APPs managing acute cardiac needs and serving as first call. The structure is built around consistent night blocks each week.

Practice & Cases
- Inpatient cardiology unit within a large health system
- Mix of general and interventional cardiology cases
- Manage 20 to 50 patients on the unit
- Perform POCUS and handle overnight consults and triage
Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts only
- 3 to 4 shifts per week
- Block scheduling available
- Full-time coverage preferred
Requirements
- Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Acute Care certification required for Nurse Practitioners
- Active Texas license required
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
