Schedule

• Monday to Friday, with flexible clinic and surgical time * 1:8 call rotation, with rare on-call requirements * Optional hospital call available with supplemental pay

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary during a 2-year agreement, with a net collections bonus model
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance are provided
• Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and life insurance
• Paid time off (PTO) and a CME allowance included
• Also have opportunities to add an Oculoplastic and Cornea specialist to the team
