Practice Information:
- Join a team of 12 providers across various specialties
- We focus on full-spectrum ophthalmology with a focus on retina, including medical retina and surgical retina
- See a wide variety of cases including age-related macular degeneration, cataracts, glaucoma, and vision loss
- Each physician has a private office along with cross-trained scribes to assist them
** Schedule:**
- Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling options

Very light, 1:8 call schedule, with rare on-call instances
- Optional hospital call with supplemental pay available
** Compensation and Benefits:**
- Guaranteed base salary for a 2-year agreement, with a net collections bonus model
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
- Full comprehensive benefits are provided, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and life insurance
- Paid time off and CME allowance are included
