Practice Overview:

1. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
2. Practice currently includes 4 full-time physicians, 4 APPs, 4 nurses, and 3 lab staff members.
3. Call Coverage 1:8 weeks
4. Rounding in area dialysis units monthly and satellite office once every 8 weeks.
