Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation potential up to $700,000
• Base salary: $280,000–$375,000, plus productivity & quality bonuses
• Sign-on, relocation, NHSC loan repayment, residency stipend
• 1-year shareholder track with ASC ownership (no buy-in, no risk)
• 401(k) with immediate vesting + profit sharing
• Up to 6 weeks PTO
• $2,500 CME + paid licenses/certifications
