QuadMed is looking for a Part-time Physician Assistant to join our team at our Constellium Health Center in Ravenswood, WV. Work with a tight-knit team to provide on-site Primary Care and Occupational Healthcare to our patients at Constellium.

*Part-time bonus and Eligibility for a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus*

Job Requirements:

• The successful candidate will have completed a Master’s Degree level Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited college/university.
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure and current National Board Certification
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care
• NPI & DEA
• Background in working with pediatric patients a plus
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
