About the Position:

• $609,000 annual salary including Quality Performance incentive
• $75,000 Sign on bonus/Commencement bonus with 2 or 3-year commitment.
• 10 weeks Paid time Off
• 1:15 first call w/post call days off
• Care Team model with excellent CRNA team.
