Position Overview

As the Regional Clinical Manager, you will partner with clinical and operational leadership to support provider development, clinical quality, and recruitment throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new providers • Coach and develop provider clinical performance • Participate in candidate interviews and hiring recommendations • Align provider scheduling with training needs and patient volume • Respond to clinical escalations and patient safety concerns • Improve documentation, coding, and resource utilization • Identify opportunities for quality improvement and performance enhancement

This role is about developing providers, not simply managing them.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program • Active New York NP or PA license • DEA or ability to obtain • Meets credentialing requirements • Experience in provider education, training, mentoring, or quality improvement preferred
