Coverage Needed: July-Dec dates (ongoing locums opportunity), 24 hour call only starting in August

Average Callback: 2-6 hours per day Surgeries (OR): 3–4 per week EMR: Cerner Hospital Size: 99 beds Robotics: available (not required)

Procedures: Required: Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy Preferred: TRUS biopsy, in-clinic vasectomy Disposable flexible cystoscopes available

Requirements: Board Certification: BC or BE License: Arizona license or IMLC LOQ only DEA: Required Experience: Minimum 1 year

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days
