Job Description:

• Clinic and Call coverage. Clinic will be 7a-5p daily, Night call 5p-7a.
• Will start with sporadic dates but are ultimately seeking someone who can offer more consistent coverage over time.
• Adults only
• 2-5 ppd
• EMR: EPIC
• General Urology procedures required
• Willing to pay for full travel

Requirements

• BC or BE within 5 years of residency - Required
• IN license at the time of submission - Required
• CDS Certification and DEA Registration - Required
• ACLS - Required
• Robotics trained- Highly Preferred - Please note whether the provider has this training at the time of name clear
• 25K Conversion Rate - Required

Certification Requirements

• ACLS
• Board Certified
