Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement customized therapy plans
• Provide hands-on treatments and education to patients/families
• Collaborate closely with physicians and rehab staff
• Supervise PTAs and Technicians
• Document care accurately in EMR systems
• Maintain safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Current PT license in Illinois
• Familiarity with EMR and rehab software
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

Work Environment:

• Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
• Requires physical activity including lifting, assisting patients, and standing for extended periods
