We're looking for a Family Medicine physician to join our expanding practices across Southwestern Pennsylvania. This is a fantastic chance for both new graduates and experienced physicians to build a balanced, rewarding career in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Position Overview

• Traditional outpatient clinic setting with consistent hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
• Manage an average of 20–22 patients per day with a well-structured 30:15 appointment schedule.
• Enjoy a light 1:11 phone-only call schedule—no in-person call responsibilities you don't even have to be in Pennsylvania during call
• Collaborate with tenured APPs and nursing staff, supported by an excellent 1.5:1 MA ratio.
• Benefit from on-site convenience: procedure suites, X-ray, labs, and pharmacy services all available within the practice.

Compensation & Benefits

• Highly competitive salary with a strong earning potential of $280,000–$300,000+.
