Compensation Details
Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive base salary with annual Value Pay and performance-based incentives * $5,000 sign-on bonus * Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy plans (coverage starts within 30 days) * Paid time off * Career advancement opportunities and wellness perks * Collaborative, team-oriented environment with integrated Banner Health system support Clinic & Schedule Highlights: * Outpatient same-day/walk-in care * Monday-Saturday, 8am-6pm (Closed Sundays) * 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts * No call * On-site imaging * Supported by medical assistants, front office staff, and a network of specialists Qualifications: * FNP or PA with active Arizona license and DEA with prescriptive authority * National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) and current BLS * Minimum 1 year of recent experience in same-day, urgent care, or family practice required * Skilled in procedures and comfortable treating patients of all ages * Flexible, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality care Why Lakeside & Show Low: * Cool summers and forested trails * Lakes and endless outdoor adventure * Small-town living with the resources of Banner Health behind you
