    JOB SUMMARY: An advanced practice registered nurse practitioner with clinical expertise in cardiovascular nursing who performs daily evaluations of cardiac patients with consultation and collaboration from supervisory physician(s) within the framework of jointly approved protocols. Nurse practitioner is additionally involved in education, consultation and research at various levels. Areas of work will be Cath Lab, ED, IP Units. 

     

    Licensure/Certification/Registration:

    • Current licensure as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maryland
    • Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
    • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program 
    • MSN degree
    • Basic life support certified
    • Advanced cardiac life support certification

    Compensation Details

    $76–$92/hour

    This position is PRN with no benefits. It has a flat rate.
