Cardiothoracic Surgery Medical Director
Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia seeks an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to lead its well‑established CT Surgery practice within the expanding Heart and Vascular Institute. This medical director role offers the chance to shape a growing program at a leading tertiary referral center.
Qualified Candidates
- Leadership experience building and directing a cardiothoracic surgery program
- Board certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Fellowship training in adult cardiac surgery preferred
- Clinical proficiency in all aspects of adult cardiothoracic surgery
- Desirable skills: multi‑arterial CABG, minimally invasive coronary surgery, MIDCAB; interest or experience in robotic‑assisted coronary and TECAB techniques a plus
- Licensure: eligible for or holding an unrestricted Georgia medical license; no history of license revocation or restriction; current unrestricted DEA registration
