Primary Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with Infectious Disease Physicians, consult with patients to understand their health concerns
- Examine patients in clinic and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients
- Prescribe medication as needed to treat various infectious disease cases
- Orders or executes various tests and analyses to provide information on patient’s condition
- Provide patients with prevention education and follow-up as needed
- Consult with patient’s primary care physician and other specialists

Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
- Residency trained and Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatric Infectious Disease
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
