How you'll make an impact in this role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated APP to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
* Join an established team as a 1:1 APP in the OR
* Call structure: None
* Practice setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
* Employed position within a nonprofit health system
* Full time: M - F 7A - 5P
* Physician support with Surgery and patient follow up
* Spinal Surgery experience preferred
* Experience in both an inpatient and outpatient environment needed
* This is for a dedicated APP to work with a single surgeon

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Physician Assistant credentialed from the Tennessee Committee on Physicians Assistants obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 1 year of experience preferred.
